Alicia Dahill has over 20 years of experience in consulting Fortune 500 companies on global event management and project management. Alicia advises and works with clients in producing and executing their senior leadership events globally. Alicia specializes in venue sourcing, logistics planning, onsite management and virtual production and is a significant value-add to clients ensuring a seamless and successful program delivery.
Alicia is highly effective in strategic thinking and process, sourcing, negotiations and contracting, managing multiple projects and people; and building client and vendor relationships and providing clients seamless onsite meetings. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has a reputation for being resourceful, having a “can-do” attitude, and always “making it happen.” Alicia consistently exceeds client expectations.
Alicia has worked extensively with some of the world’s top companies, including BAE Systems, Bank of America, British Petroleum (BP), British Telecom (BT), Cemex, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Dell, Disney, Gates, Johnson & Johnson, Liberty Global, Luxottica, Marsh, McDermott, Merck, Nexans, Nike, Novartis, PepsiCo, Safeco, Sun Microsystems, Time Warner, Vorwerk and XL Capital. Alicia is an expert in her field and has organized and managed meetings in 41 countries.
Alicia Dahill started her own company in 2015 providing turn-key solutions to clients in global event management. Prior, Alicia worked for Mercer from August 2001 to December 2014, a firm that specialized in global leadership training and development. At Mercer, Alicia developed the process and standard for client onsite delivery and created the Global Event Management team providing clients with a solution for venue management (sourcing, planning, onsite and post program). Alicia originally honed her expertise in such prestigious organizations as The Waldorf-Astoria, MTV Networks, Marsh and McLennan Companies (Oliver Wyman).
Alicia has a BS from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship, along with a Certificate from American Heritage Association in London for emphasis in Economics, Theatre, and Arts. She has lived in New York, London, Portland, and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
