Suzanne Weeks is a global leadership development professional with experience in multi-national companies, family businesses, NGOs and not-for-profit organizations. She designs and delivers leadership development and personal development initiatives for teams and individuals at all levels of management, including executives and boards, and serves in an executive coaching role on complex global leadership initiatives. Suzanne left corporate life in 2006, after almost 20 years in senior management roles on three continents, and has over 7 years experience in coaching and consulting to organizations, teams, and leaders. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer.

Much of her work is with small groups and intact teams, particularly focused on leadership development and moving from good to great performance. Suzanne has worked extensively in cross-cultural teams, both as a line manager and as a consultant. She has lived and worked on three continents, and been involved in coaching and training leaders from over 100 countries. Much of her work uses a psychodynamic approach, identifying root causes and understanding behaviors so that change efforts are sustainable and lasting. Suzanne defines success as increasing trust and respect, developing effective processes and improving relationships such that not only does the satisfaction of staff and clients increase but results improve as well.

Suzanne holds a Diploma in Coaching and Consulting for Change, from INSEAD, a Masters in Management from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology.
